It would be almost impossible for me to give a synopsis of this novel without spoilers. Part Heroic Fantasy, part heist novel, Mistborn: The Final Empire is the first novel in Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn trilogy. Fightinginfishnets and 3 others. Simply put, this is good storytelling. His original books, not the latest Wheel of Time installments (I've never gotten into that series). I just finished reading Brandon Sanderson's latest book, The Hero of Ages, last book in the Mistborn trilogy. This one will be Part Three Discussion: Saturday, August 18th. I like them so much that when I got to the end of the second book and found out the third book wasn't going to be out in the US for another three months.
